Adam C. Granger, PE
Partner
Adam obtained his BSEE from UWYO in 2007, and his PE in 2011. He worked as an engineer in training for a local consulting firm in Sheridan, WY exclusively on utility projects. He was hired by a electrical utility company in 2012 where he worked until he started ARC Engineering LLC in 2019. Adam enjoys spending time with his family in a wide variety of outdoor activities and travel.
Brian P. Granger
Partner
Brian obtained his BSEE from UWYO in 2002. He worked as an engineer in training for a small research and development company in Sheridan, WY until he was hired by a mining company in 2011. He was employed in sundry companies and leadership positions until 2022, when he partnered with Adam in ARC. Brian loves spending time with his rapidly expanding family and has recently become consumed with his passion for flying after becoming a Private Pilot in 2022.
Philip H. Granger
Engineer Technician / Master Electrician
Philip started as an apprentice electrician in 1976, and received his Wyoming Journeyman Electrician’s license in 1980. He accepted a position with Spring Creek Coal mine in 1981. In the fall of 1981 he received a Wyoming Master Electrician license. He has held many leadership positions in several companies including; Wyoming Sawmills, Kiewit Underground, and Cloud Peak Energy. In his time at Montana-Dakota Utilities (1998-2008) he obtained his associates in Electrical Engineering. Later at Cloud Peak Energy (2008-2014) he became a MSHA certified instructor. In 2022 he started for Arc Engineering LLC where he works part time as an Engineer Technician. Philip enjoys spending time with his family, restoring old vehicles, and RC model building.
Mercer R. Granger
Intern
Mercer is currently working towards his BSEE and anticipates graduating from the University of Wyoming in the spring of 2026. He started for Arc Engineering in 2022 as an engineering intern, where he is learning what it means to be an electrical engineer. Mercer enjoys spending time doing various outdoor activities and spending time with his family and friends.
Jacob J. Granger
Project Manager – Engineer Tech
Jacob has worked in various industries in a wide variety of positions from entry level up to leadership roles. His experience covers construction, mining, and manufacturing. He has mostly lived and worked in Wyoming, aside from a period spent in the Vancouver, WA area. He has owned and operated an independent welding and fabrication business, following which he accepted a project manager position with National Carwash Solutions. After returning to school as a non-traditional student, he obtained his BSBA from WGU in 2023. Jacob joined Arc Engineering as a Project Manager – Engineer Tech in 2023. Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and especially enjoys acquiring new skills and reviving derelict machines.
